Yoga for Empowerment - A Six Week Series for Women
Let's face it - stress is inescapable and it's easy to feel overwhelmed and conflicted by the challenges of our hectic, yet deeply precious, daily lives. In this six-week session, this workshop will explore profound practices from yoga that shift the way the body, mind, and spirit responds to stressors. Each class includes a short teaching, discussion and a physical yoga practice appropriate for all levels. Join Beth Heller, MS, for this unique yoga series that has been shown to reduce anxiety in participants by 20% over the course of six weeks. Price: $65 for all 6 consecutive sessions, starting Wednesday, September 18 from 6:15 pm - 7:45 pm.
